Fresno County Sheriff’s detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspects involved in today’s early afternoon hot prowl burglary which resulted in the victim shooting at the suspects.

Fresno County Sheriff’s detectives arrested a Fresno man after the victim of a burglary used a tracking system to locate his computer. The computer and other stolen property were later discovered at the suspect’s home. Arrested was 19 year old Robert Cano.
Fresno County Sheriff’s Narcotics detectives arrested three persons and seized marijuana, methamphetamine, and a semi-automatic handgun during the service of a search warrant this past Thursday. Arrested were 37 year old Sompheth Thonethao of Texas, and 29 year old Sangsao Chanthava and 39 year old Tounkeo Vongsananh both of Fresno.
A Ventura man was rescued yesterday on the Upper Kings River by Sheriff’s Search and Rescue personnel after severely injuring himself the previous afternoon.
