The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office Communications Center is the critical link between the community and patrol units in the field. The center is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our role is to provide professional and courteous dispatching services for the Sheriff’s Office. We emphasize efficient, effective, and coordinated service delivery as an integral part of the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office.

The Sheriff’s Office provides law enforcement dispatching services as well as emergency 911 services and non-emergency services not only for the citizens of Fresno County but also for four cities within Fresno County—Sanger Police Department, Kerman Police Department, Parlier Police Department, and Fowler Police Department. The Communications Center handles in excess of 900 emergency and non-emergency calls every day. The calls for service range from in-progress crimes such as a robbery or an assault to non-emergency calls, such as past thefts or loud music calls.
