To obtain a signature from the Fresno County Sheriff's Office, determine the area (1, 2, 3, 4) in which you live and then email a copy of the completed form to the appropriate area commander. We kindly ask that you submit your request at least two weeks prior to your event. These instructions only apply to those holding an event in a county location. If the event is in a city location, please contact that jurisdiction's police department for a signature.
