Sheriff Zanoni Reopens San Joaquin River to Recreational Users

On January 1st, 1974, 17 year old Debra Curb was found strangled to death inside a home located on the 4000 block of College Ave. in Fresno (Ashlan / Maroa area).
The suspect is identified as 20 year old Moises Tellez of Reedley. (Pictured)
At 9:34 pm on Tuesday, Reedley Police received a report of a man with a gun walking near 11th St. and North Ave. Moments later, a similar report was called in near 13th and F Streets.
On Thursday, May 25th, local, state and federal law enforcement officers teamed up and served search warrants at 55 different locations within Fresno and Tulare Counties.
Monday morning, CAL FIRE/Fresno County Fire personnel on a boat saw the 4 year old boy beneath the water caught against a tree.
Around 5:30 pm, Sheriff’s dispatchers received a call of a man brandishing a knife at the Caruthers Fairgrounds.
