You can request a Sheriff's letter of clearance at the Fresno Sheriff's Office Headquarters Records window located at 2200 Fresno St, Fresno, CA 93721, during business hours Mon-Fri 9am to 4:00pm.

We are open during the lunch hour. You may also mail your request to Fresno County Sheriff’s Office Attn: Records P.O. Box 1788 Fresno, CA 93717. You will need to complete a request along with current/valid identification. The Sheriff’s Office will waive the fee if a copy of the letter from Homeland Security/ICE is provided. The letter must state that they are requesting this letter from you.
