Arrested were 29 year old Victor Rodriguez-Mendoza, and 28 year old Victor Estrada. A third Sanger man, 28 year old Felix Rios, is still being sought.
On July 1st of 2007, deputies responded to a shooting call in the area of Annadale & Reed near the town of Minkler.
Upon their arrival, deputies discovered three people with gunshot wounds. One of the victims, Vera, was deceased at the scene. The two others were transported to area hospitals where they were treated for non-life threatening wounds and released.
