The Fresno County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating an elderly man who walked away from a care facility earlier today.

Shortly before 10 a.m., deputies responded to the facility located in the 5000 Block of East Grant Avenue regarding the missing man.

The 74-year-old man, Luis Guerrero, was last seen at the care facility at approximately 7:30 this morning.  He is described as being Hispanic, 5-6/ 140 pounds with short gray hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a dark colored T-shirt, brown jacket, and black 'Vans' shoes.

Authorities are concerned as Guerrero may have some memory issues.  He is not from the area and it is unknown where he might go.

Anyone with information on Guerrero's whereabouts is asked to immediately contact the Sheriff's Office at 600-3111.
