11/16/17 - Thursday night, Fresno Police officers found Miguel Gomez Nasarit. He is safe, healthy and has been returned to his family.
11/16/17 - Fresno County Sheriff’s detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing “at-risk” man. 73 year old Miguel Gomez Nasarit was last seen around 2:00 pm on November 8th, 2017. Nasarit was spotted getting onto a Fresno city bus in the area of Olive Ave. and Fresno Street.
Nasarit suffers from dementia, which requires him to take medication. For the sake of his health, it is critical that he be found as soon as possible.
Nasarit is described as being Hispanic, 5’0”, 160 lbs. with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a light blue long sleeve shirt, beige pants, a black coat and brown cowboy boots.
A Silver Alert has been activated through the California Highway Patrol. The purpose of the Silver Alert program is to establish a quick response system following an unexplained or suspicious disappearance of an elderly person, or person who is developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired.
