Detectives have identified a man they would like to question in regards to the deadly marijuana robbery attempt that occurred in Miramonte on September 21, 2015.
Amador Cisneros, 32, is wanted for questioning only. Through the course of their investigation, detectives have received information that Cisneros was present at the scene. Thus far, detectives have spoken with everyone else who was at the location and documented their statements. No arrests have been made in this case.
Cisneros is described as being 5’8”, 160 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes. He is from Squaw Valley and is known to hang out in Orange Cove.
On September 21, the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a robbery in progress at a piece of property located on the 46900 block of Buck Canyon Road in Miramonte. A resident of the property reported seeing a group of people trying to steal from a garden where approximately 200 marijuana plants were growing. A confrontation ensued between the suspects and the residents. During the disturbance, multiple gun shots were fired. Deputies later discovered a man who was killed at the scene, Tomás Juarez, 32, of Parlier.
Homicide detectives and members of the Crime Scene Unit were dispatched to the scene to collect evidence and interview all of the people believed to be involved in the case. Detectives detained a total of seven people.
