The Fresno County Sheriff's Office has joined Nextdoor.com. Our goal is to improve communication between you and our deputies who provide service to your specific neighborhood.

We now have access to send messages to folks living within the 18 patrol beats of Fresno County. So whether you live on the west side, the metro area or the mountains, your concerns will be heard. Your issues are important to us and we want to be included on what's going on near your homes. 

Nextdoor is a great tool for us to get messages out to residents. We can update you of problems, post photos of suspicious people and provide safety tips for you and your families. 

As we build up subscribers (homeowners) and the deputies introduce themselves online, we hope to form a relationship that opens a path of productive dialogue. So please encourage you neighbors to sign-up and join the conversations. 

FSO will not see personal conversations between neighbors, unless they are directed to us. This is good because it will protect your privacy and also allow us to only concentrate on messages that only pertain to public safety and law enforcement. We're confident that as people get to know the deputies assigned to their areas, they will begin messaging them more and be in touch on a regular basis.
