Dominic Greco

Members of the Fresno County Sheriff’s Crime Scene Unit have identified Dominic Greco, 37, of Clovis as the victim of a recent homicide.

Around 4:30 pm on Sunday, February 18th, EMS personnel responded to a report of an injured person along the side of the street, near Chestnut and Harvard Avenues in Fresno.  Medics found the man, later identified as Dominic Greco, to be deceased.  Greco’s injuries were not consistent with a natural death, so EMS contacted the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office.  Deputies and homicide detectives responded to the scene.  Detectives determined this was a homicide.

Detectives have contacted many property owners in the areas of Chestnut / Clinton Avenues and Sierra Vista / Clinton Avenues regarding video surveillance footage.  If detectives did not contact you and you have video recordings showing nearby streets between 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm on February 18th, you are encouraged to contact the Sheriff’s Office to determine if it can add value to the investigation.
