Angel Gaytan

Homicide detectives with the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office have identified 36 year old Angel Edward Gaytan as the man responsible for committing a recent murder.

He is believed to be transient and frequents the area of McKinley Avenue and Chestnut Avenue in Fresno.

Around 4:30 pm on Sunday, February 18th, EMS personnel responded to a report of an injured person along the side of the street, near Chestnut and Harvard Avenues in Fresno.  Medics found the man, later identified as 37 year old Dominic Greco of Clovis, to be deceased.  Greco’s injuries were not consistent with a natural death, so EMS contacted the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office.  Deputies and homicide detectives responded to the scene.  Detectives determined this was a homicide.
