Around 4:30 pm on October 25th, surveillance cameras captured images of a man riding a bicycle along the River Center Trail (along the San Joaquin River) located near 11605 Old Friant Road in Fresno.

He was caught on video prying open a donation box and stealing the donation money from inside of it. The River Center is part of the San Joaquin River Parkway and Conservation Trust, which provides outdoor education programs for youth and recreational opportunities for the community. This group relies on its donations from the public.

A distinguishing feature of the man is that he has dark hair with a ponytail.
