Shortly after 1:00 a.m. Friday, three to five men armed with guns committed a home invasion robbery on the 6700 block of N. Lafayette Ave. in Fresno.

The homeowner suffered moderate injuries after the suspects tied him up and ransacked his home for approximately 20 minutes. Some undisclosed property was taken before the suspects fled the scene.

This does not appear to be a random act. The investigation is ongoing.
