Shortly before midnight on Thursday, June 30th, Parlier Police responded to a report of a shooting victim inside a home on the 800 block of King Street in Parlier.

The victim, 15 year old Anthony Garcia, was transported to Selma Hospital where he later died.

Parlier Police requested the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office Homicide Unit take over the investigation. Detectives and our Crime Scene Unit responded to interview witnesses and collect evidence. A preliminary investigation shows shots were fired from outside the house, into the house.
