Homicide detectives with the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office are seeking the public’s help in locating 41 year old Miguel Luis Gutierrez Jr. of Fresno County.

Detectives have obtained an arrest warrant for Gutierrez Jr. committing a homicide. He should be considered armed and dangerous, so the public should not approach him. Instead, dial 911 if you see him or know of his whereabouts.

Shortly after 10:30 am on Tuesday, August 1st, a homeowner reported finding a man in their garage who was possibly deceased. Deputies arrived to the home on S. Blythe, just south of W. Clayton Ave. (Between Easton and Raisin City). They found the man was in fact dead.

The victim did not live at the home, but the property owner does know him. He has been identified as 39 year old Ismael Orlando Herrera Jr., who was living homeless in the areas of Caruthers and Riverdale. Details of his death are not available for release. This remains an ongoing investigation.
