The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help for any information that may lead to locating 72-year-old Ronald Nagata who went missing on January 29, 2021.
Ronald went missing from his residence in the 3100 block of S. McDonough (between Annadale and Goodfellow) near Sanger. Ronald was last seen on Friday, January 29, 2021 around 5:30 PM. Ronald suffers from Alzheimer’s disease.
More than 100 members of the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue (SAR) team along with SAR teams from throughout the state searched approximately 50 square miles utilizing ground searchers, Horse Posse, Air Squadron, Jeep Unit, OHV Unit, search dogs, and swift water rescue personnel. Investigators conducted numerous interviews of persons associated with Ronald. The investigation went cold when all leads were exhausted. It is unknown at of this time if foul play was involved in Ronald’s disappearance.
Ronald is described as an Asian male, 5-7, 200 lbs. brown eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a blue sweater, blue jeans with white shoes.
