Fresno County Sheriff’s detectives have arrested 50 year old James Wheeler of Clovis.
He has been booked into the Fresno County Jail on felony charges of possession of child sexual abuse material. His bail is set at $60,000.
On Wednesday, members of the Central Valley Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force performed follow up work on a tip. Detectives contacted the suspect, James Wheeler, near his home on the 1700 block of N. Park Ave. in Clovis. After detaining Wheeler, a search warrant was executed at his house. Detectives seized electronic devices containing hundreds of digital photos and videos of child sexual abuse material.
