On Saturday, October 12th, the Red Robin restaurant at the Sierra Vista Mall in Clovis will open their doors and hearts to children and adults with developmental disabilities to raise money and public awareness for Special Olympics.
Deputies from the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office will be on hand as celebrity waiters to help serve beverages, collect donations, and speak with customers about Special Olympics Northern California.
The event will take place during lunch from 11:00am to 2:00pm, and again for dinner from 4:00 to 8:00pm.
This event is part of the Tip-A-Cop events for 2013 and promises to be part of a successful year of fundraising for Special Olympics Northern California. Members of the community are encouraged to have dinner at Red Robin with co-workers, friends and family at the restaurant located at 945 Shaw Ave in Clovis.
Members of the media are invited to attend.
