Deputies with the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office have booked three men into jail for property crimes committed at the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) San Joaquin River Gorge Recreation Area.
Name: Braxton Stark, 20, of Tollhouse
Charges: Burglary, auto theft and probation violation
Bail: $175,000
Name: Victor Rios, 19, of Auberry
Charges: Burglary and vehicle theft
Bail: $100,000
Name: Dalton Bradley, 22, of Auberry
Charges: Possession of stolen property and resisting a police officer. He has been cited out of jail for those misdemeanors charges.
On November 20th, 2019, deputies took a burglary report which showed vandalism taking place at the visitor’s center of the San Joaquin River Gorge Recreation Area. On December 16th, another burglary occurred and $5,600 in power tools were stolen. On February 14th, 2020, there was a theft of an ATV. On March 14th, there was a break-in to the PG&E Kerckhoff Powerhouse #2. Items were vandalized and tools were stolen.
Deputies collected evidence and worked with BLM employees to identify possible suspects. They ultimately focused on Braxton Stark, Victor Rios and Dalton Bradley. Deputies located and arrested all three young men for their involvement in the four burglaries.
