Shortly before 6:00 this evening, members of the Fresno County Sheriff's Search & Rescue (SAR) team located Robert Ash near the intersection of Dakota and Teilman in Fresno. Mr. Ash was found to be in good health and has been reunited with his family. A total of 25 SAR members participated in this successful operation.

Fresno County Sheriff's detectives are asking for the public's help in locating a missing "at risk" man. Robert Ash, age 75, disappeared this afternoon from a home located on the 200 block of W. Swift Ave. in Fresno.

Ash reportedly went for a walk and family members reported him missing at 1:30 pm. He is visiting from Arizona and is not familiar with the area.

Ash reportedly has dementia and suffers from medical conditions which require him to take medication.

Ash is described as a white male, 5'11"/ 230 pounds with gray hair, a gray mustache and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a faded burgundy shirt, black pants and suspenders, along with brown and orange tennis shoes.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Ash is asked to immediately contact the Sheriff's Office at 600-3111.
