Homicide detectives with the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office have arrested 53 year old Lance Legrande of Squaw Valley. He remains hospitalized and has been electronically booked into the Fresno County Jail. He is facing five felony charges of assault with a deadly weapon on a peace officer. His bail is set at $506,000.

At 1:20 am on Monday, Fresno County Sheriff’s dispatchers received a call from a 29 year old man saying he had been shot. Deputies responded to a home on the 3400 block of W. Olive Ave. in Fresno and found the victim. He was transported to the hospital and is listed in critical condition.
