Arrested was 28 year old Alfonso Arreguin-Orozco of Fresno, and 20 year old Edwin Arroyo-Zaragoza and 24 year old Jose Luis Delgado-Lara, both of San Jose.

The investigation by the Sheriff’s Narcotics Enforcement Team focused on the sales and distribution of methamphetamine in the Fresno area.
