2/15/17 - Property crimes detectives with the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office have arrested the primary suspect in the lottery scratcher case.

He is David Arreola, 27, of Fresno.  It was originally reported that there were two men, but it turns out there was only one.  The man shown in all our video clips was Arreola.  He looked different, so it appeared it was two different people.

The woman shown in the video cashing lotto tickets was never identified, thus not arrested.  Information revealed that Arreola sent her into stores to cash his tickets.
