The Fresno Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) is comprised of federal and local law enforcement agencies spread throughout nine counties located in the Central Valley of California. The Fresno ICAC is dedicated to protecting children online and investigating crimes committed against children which are facilitated by the Internet and computer usage.
