• Friends and Family accounts may be established with just a minimum payment amount of $15.00
• Major credit card and bank card payments will be processed immediately with calling usually beginning within the same hour.
• Check, money order, Western Union, MoneyGram, and PayPal payments may take a little longer to process.
• Generally, upon receipt of your valid payment, representatives will process your information and establish the account as soon as possible.
• Once an account has been established, inmate funds may be recharged by calling Legacy, or logging on to the Friends & Family Prepaid Website.
• A possible one-time setup fee may apply.
